We wanted to send out information on our upcoming retreat in March.\nThis year Dr. Larry Leonard, Former District Superintendent, Mid-South District, will be our Guest Speaker. We plan to send a letter to your church board secretary this week.\nWe have reserved rooms at the Music Road Resort. The rooms will be $142.00 per night. We have reserved Queen Rooms. When you call to make your own reservations, we are listed under: Church of the Nazarene, East TN, Minister’s & Mates. Group ID# 12152. Be sure you mention this when making your reservations. We have a total of 41 rooms reserved so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. You can call at your earliest convenience as they are currently taking reservations (1-855-790-4646).\nThis year we will be going as a group (for those who desire) to The Comedy Barn. The show will be on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 7:00 pm. NO MEAL is included in the show. Prices: Adults $29.72 each, Children (9 and under) – $13.32. We need your reservations to be in by February 4, 2026. This will secure the price of your ticket(s). If your ticket monies are not received by February 6, 2026, no ticket will be reserved for you.
