This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Tennessee Information Privacy Act (TIPA).

This website is operated by The Nazarene District of East Tennessee, a Tennessee-based network of churches. Our purpose includes spiritual development, ministry coordination, event communication, and youth engagement.

  • Parents may review, delete, or restrict use of their child’s information

4. Tennessee Information Privacy Act (TIPA) Compliance

In line with the Tennessee Information Privacy Act (TIPA), effective July 1, 2025:

  • We are transparent about the types and purposes of data we collect

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data

  • You may opt out of data sharing (though we do not sell user data)

  • We seek consent before collecting sensitive data

  • Requests are addressed within 45 days

  • Reasonable security measures are implemented across our platform

  • Maintain registration records
